The Schedule System records details of all customers and what, if any, containers/bins/skips are located at each site. Charging ‘rules' can be designed for collections/rentals and transport. Each customer can have a regular scheduled collection or can be exchanged on an Ad-Hoc basis. Transport can be managed through the daily production system which shows which vehicles have been allocated to the list of jobs to be completed.  Duty of Care collection notes can be produced for each collection and a summary sheet issued to each driver. The jobs are then live weighed through the weighbridge link module or manually completed retrospectively. The jobs are then passed to FRED and are priced according to the charging ‘rules' setup within the system. The FRED system then takes control to report tonnages for EA returns, Stock, Invoices and Supplier Material Payments etc.
